Otto V. Jackson, founder and President of Sparkle Wash, Inc., conducted an extensive survey to determine what cleaning systems were available to trucking companies and truck fleet owners.

Sparkle Wash designed the INDUSTRY’S FIRST completely self-contained mobile pressure washing system. Upgraded and improved over the years, to this day it remains the recognized benchmark in self-contained commercial grade cleaning systems.
